Newbound develops fully customized solutions for automation and robotics installations. Our automation and robotics solutions have broad applicability in manufacturing, environmental control, quality assurance and data collection.

Standardized electronic components

We use a standard set of electronic components in all of our robotics and automation solutions. These components include sensors, controls, motors, switches, single board computers and I/O boards. By standardizing our components at that level, we can build custom solutions with standard replacement parts while streamlining the design effort.

3-D Printing

Non-electronic physical components of robotics and automation solutions are incorporated into solution design models prior to rendering in a variety of plastics. We use a custom library of models designed to integrate with our standard electronic components as the basis for custom plastic component design.

Command and Control

Our unique Command and Control architecture enables the integration of physical systems with software. Features include encrypted remote access via the internet, sophisticated event-driven architecture, browser-based development environment with integrated webserver and java API.
